No payout No payout. This company cheated me out of my profits. I had more than 15K profit on 1 account and 1800 on another. They kept stalling any withdrawal for many days and once I mentioned that I will take remedial action they conjured imaginary trades and breaches and claimed they cannot pay.

My Payout and Account Request is..... My payout & account request is pending since 11 days and they are not replying me anywhere including email & live chat. Also blocked me from discord. This company is running away very soon, don't trust them & stay away. Most of the positive reviews are fake!

AVOID this company!!! Originally it seemed like things were fine. I was patient with them and very understanding. I read the other reviews that they had a slow response time but I ignored the warnings and still decided to give them a chance. So even when it took days to hear back from them, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because I would eventually get what I needed. However, things got nasty when they did their "system upgrade" around November of 2022. I had passed the test and requested my funded account. I had to write them multiple times before they mentioned their "system upgrade" and that their accounts wouldn't be online until January of 2023. I was very frustrated because A) they should have shut down their registration system to prevent this; and B) they should have communicated it as soon as I requested a funded account. After MUCH back and forth (which took almost a week because of their slow response time), I decided to request a refund. What followed was roughly 3 months of me emailing them, weekly, asking for my money back. They would either not respond or give me erroneous information saying they "already processed the refund." I provided bank statements, screenshots, everything to prove I had not received a refund. Again, this process took over 3 months... and after 3 months they stopped responding completely. I emailed for an additional 2 months before I decided to move on - this was around March of 2023. So, at that point, I had been contacting them for over 5 months with no resolution. I recently thought about them today and sent another email. I received a message stating my account was blocked from contacting them. I was hesitant to share before, thinking they would not provide my refund as a form of retaliation. However, after knowing they have blocked me I realize I have nothing left to lose and hope my experience will keep you away from this company. Please, do not take a chance with these people. Stay away and avoid them at all costs!

Awesome prop firm. Have been with Upswing for 2 months now. I just received my second payout of $4,500!!! Great company to work for. I speak with some of the best traders in the world every day in their community. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into trading. Payouts are processed same-day, very easy process.

Was a little hesitant with this company… Was a little hesitant with this company but I have to say everything has worked out very well. I have been with all of the top trading firms and have has issues with all of them. I passed my evaluation with Upswing about a month ago. My first withdraw did take a few extra days but they came thru and I have made two more since then. I have attached my withdraw receipts below. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with this company. It seems like they are getting a lot of attacks for being the new guy in town from their competitors and are handling it well. I do think they should offer something other then TradeEZ as a free service however. I use my own systems but I just didn’t think TradeEZ called the markets very well and use very basic lagging indicators. But again it is a free extra service they offer so no harm done.
