Very easy for our patients to use . No merchant fees and options for our bad credit patients. Great value too!

The hellorstes financing program has… The hellorstes financing program has been very helpful to oue Deck & Fence business and I would recommend using them. The program saves us money because they don't charge any loan fees and saves us from losing sales with our poor credit customers because they can approve the bed credit too. Great program and all of the staff i have dealt with has been great as well.

NON STOP SPAM EMAILS. Do not trust this company! This company has reached out to my business no less than 10 TIMES in the last week, soliciting business from me. I called their number ( you’ll never talk to a person at the number provided) and left a voicemail to inform them that I would appreciate them not blowing up my email with spam. Well, that’s when the HARRASSMENT REALLY BEGAN. Woke up this morning to 4 consecutive emails from these bottom feeding scumbags. Not only that, but when I attempted to call their toll Free number, I discovered that they blocked my number. Completely unprofessional. Their business hasn’t been around long, and I truly hope they change their tactics.

When our primary lender started declining more and more customers I knew I had to do something or face having to make some tough business decisions. Even our sales team was getting frustrated by the poor approval rates. This is when we were serendipitously contacted by Jessica at Hellorates about their 2nd chance loan program. To say that i had my doubts about the… To say that i had my doubts about the Hellorates program would be pretty accurate. I've been in and around home improvement sales and financing for over 20 years and i had never seen anything like this. How can i finance company charge no merchant fees or discount fees and approve bad credit scores too? Impossible i thought. Well i am humbled to say ny assumption was wrong. Not only can they approve bad credit and don't charge fees but they also have 0% APR programs and commercial financing program that come as part of the program. We don't do a ton commercial work but being able to offer affordable payments on our commercial roofing is going to help us grow our commercial division for sure. Very good product and company.
