Great experience; will buy again. Wanted to make a substantial, five-figure purchase and did my research. When I was ready I pulled the trigger with Canadian Bullion. I had many questions, and they were answered quickly and accurately. I think that's what got my trust. I was not disappointed. $12,000 spent and nothing to show for it I ordered my second shipment in January (it’s now mid- March), called a couple weeks ago to let them know I am leaving the country in April and need my order asap. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me, they haven’t. The worst part is I recommended these guys to my mother-in-law, who also ordered at the same time and hasn’t received anything. Collectively, we have paid them almost $12,000 and we have nothing to show for it. Very disappointing.

I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023 I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023. it is now almost 3 months later and have not received my order. The item is still offered for sale on the website. If it is out of stock, they should stop providing it for sale. Called many times and have been told to wait. Asking for a refund and getting the run around. I would suggest you do your research before you order anything from Canadian Bullion Suppliers.

Feels like fraud I made an order in November, but they haven't shipped anything until now, I asked them for a refund, but still nothing. They seem to be making money from my money and I want to report them for the fraud.
