I opened a standard account last… I opened a standard account last November, I think so far I have averaged 18% growth. At this point I’m less cautious and optimistic to the what the future holds. When my account is more time proven, I will update from 4 stars to 5 stars.

You Will Not Get Your Money Out Recommendation: Do not send any money to Jux Capital. They gladly take money in and then even if you make a small withdrawal they will not send you any money. I am assuming a this point that all of my funds are gone incuding deposits, alleged investment returns, and I know 4 other people who cannot get any money out also. I deposited funds into Jux from my Coinbase account Starting in September of 2021. 11-18-2022 Took a small withdrawal Just before thanksgiving around Thanksgiving. Jux contacted me on November 20 and said we are concucting “robust upgrade on our payments portal”. 48 days later no money received. 12-6-2021 second withdrawal 12-6-2021, Jux said money would be available no later than January 5th 2022. Letter from them said “Unfailingly the last of the withdrawals in our backlog will be processed on the 5th of January 2022” 30 days later still no no money. 1-6-2022 Got another letter from Jux: “we are having liquidity issues” “we guarantee that the remainder of the withdrawals will be processed concurrently until the 21st of February”….this is ridiculous! 6 more weeks of delays and no money. 1-7-2022 Took another withdrawal on this date still no money. Jux is not returning any of my money, just sending out form letters. I have not received one penny of withdrawals from Jux Capital since 11-18-2021 into my Coinbase account, and today’s date is 1-8-2022. Just excuses and delays. I have screenshots to back up all of my withdrawal requests, plus all written documentation. How can an investment fund with $220 million in assets, that provides liquidity and has access to Tier 1 liquidity to overnight markets have a “liquidity issue” they are liquidity providers! Also, day trading means you are liquid at the end of the day. This needs to be explained by Jux. The Jux website says this: "after we receive a withdrawal request, we instantly send out your chosen token to your corresponding withdrawal amount which can then be converted to fiat currency and withdrawn from your Coinbase account". Based on the above information I am recommending that investors do not send any money into Jux Capital. I will be happy to modify my Trustpilot assessment when I have received 10-20 withdrawals in succession within 24 hours, but not before then. Their withdrawal process must be consistent and reliable, stable, no hassles, as clearly stated on their website, it is not. I also advise all current account holders to take a small withdrawal and I am telling you will likely not get your money. I know other 4 people with accounts at Jux who have tried and failed to get their money out of Jux. That is 5 people who cannot get their money out of Jux, not one penny. Same excuses. Being a fiduciary means the highest level of standards and trust, and Jux Capital does not meet these standards. Just excuses and delays and form letters…for months. If you send money to Jux Capital you may never see it again. I am willing to talk to Jux about this matter but they go silent and make excuses and send out form letters to me with their excuses. This Trustpilot review was sent by me to Jux Capital to 3 people for them to review prior to posting on the Trustpilot website. I allowed Jux more than one chance to review this review before posting so there could be no arguments about the content of the review. But I never heard back from Jux. I will be reporting this information to other agencies in the UK and USA.

I’m still getting used to this service I’m still getting used to this service. I opened my account in late November and since then till now, my account growth has been quite consistent and in line with the projections. I am a more traditional investor, so I still need a bit more time to accept this sort of investing with full confidence. But so far the firm has been very professional and transparent and performance has been breath taking, so I cannot fail to commend them on that.
