Highly Recommend Zillow Home Loans Zillow attracted my attention when shopping for a home refinance due to their low rates and lowest closing costs I could find. Top Notch Doesn't get any better than working with Joe Kemnitz. He'll get the job done! Joe goes above and beyond the call of duty, he'll contact the listing agent for each offer made on real estate so they are well informed on what a strong buyer you are. Not just leaving you with a pre approval letter like the others. We were out of state, long distance buyers. Had lower credit scores due to serious injuries. Without Joe's expertise and perseverance we would of never been able to purchase our dream home in our dream location.
