GBthe team at fairmount was excellent Nick was excellent. I found them online and called the office, Nick answered, we discussed my flip deal and we closed exactly 3.5 weeks after that call. I had to provide some basic docs but the process was pretty straight forward and smooth. Thanks guys!!!

GBThis company mislead me prior to… This company mislead me prior to submitting my application and a hard credit pull by promising a deal that couldn’t be completed. My credit and experience qualified for the terms they guaranteed, but they couldn’t follow through on empty promises. My hope is that this company follows the Golden Rule in the future and strives to hold true to their word.
