Nothing is aggravating then wasting my… Nothing is aggravating then wasting my time. I had already been working with 3 very carefully screened lenders when I was contacted my Tim Markowitz. He insisted I hit the breaks until I heard back from him, call after call to get the paperwork done. Then not even the courtesy of a return phone call. Very unprofessional, I absolutely do not have time for another lender from the same pool with the same lines of "we are the biggest direct lender" who cannot not even produce a 10k loan. Shop around. There are eager lenders out there.

Straight Line was straight forward Being in the construction field I occasionally find myself in slow periods that just make funds super tight and stressful to keep things moving.
