Quite satisfied with Stoic services Quite satisfied with Stoic services. Excellent reactivity of the chat support. The app is not refreshed in live mode, only 3 times a day, but nevertheless you can go to your binance account to check the current balance. Cost-reward index very good. The annual fees are “refunded” by the return on in investments in a few days (bullish trend).

Very unprofessional - Bad quality of the app itself. - Very misleading and lagging information within the application. - Withdrawing deposited money from a strategy within the app not working at all. - Customer support takes forever to reply, even they are online multiple times a day. Not recommended.

Great/Bueno *English* Customer service, great. You get response quickly. Regarding crypto trading, Stoic is quite good in a market with the right conditions, I would only add some option so that when entering a bear market it is able to keep, at least, most of the profits obtained, otherwise, very well. *Español* atención al cliente, genial. Obtienes respuesta rápidamente. Respecto al comercio de criptos, Stoic es bastante bueno en un mercado con las condiciones adecuadas, solamente añadiría alguna opción para que al entrar en un mercado bajista se capaz de conservar, al menos, la mayor parte de las ganancias obtenidas, por lo demás, muy bien.
