Ask for Diana! After a rough start signing up with the sales person, Diana went above and beyond to guide me through the whole process of opening an Individual 401k which is much more complicated than I expected. I truly appreciate how Diana helped me deal with the heavy procedures in place at the brokerage firm where I opened the account. Thanks again!

Worst customer service and non responsive I have been chasing MyUbiquity to release my fund from last 1.5 years, lost phenomenal amount of tax savings as could not take distribution last year. I left the employer in middle of 2022 and since that time I have been asking to release my funds. Made some 100 of calls and emails, no luck. I was the trustee on the account and it has been nightmare to get the account closed. The customer service is extremely poor and generally the answering person picks the call and then they return the call in 1-2 days if you are lucky. I would not recommend this company if you want to avoid the run around when you have to exit the plan. By the way dont believe their website which shows all false reviews ratings, for example they are 3.8 star on trust pilot but shows 4.6 on the website. I have given up to retrieve my funds and finally I have to highlight this incident so others dont suffer in the same way.

Kelley was very helpful with date changes Kelley was very helpful navigating the unusual circumstances with the PPP and payroll costs uncertainty. I wanted to be sure to reflect the exact dates covered by the Ubiquity payments, and he was clear and very helpful also I had discussed the secondary trustee with Tony (who wisely suggested it to us) awhile ago, and he reminded me of the procedure. he was great. and I appreciated the call back as I guess the phones were down when i called that day. Great Customer Service I just wanted to mention that Krystal B is a great customer service agent. I've dealt with a handful of agents through Ubiquity before, and Krystal has been truly the most helpful, hands down! She was able to quickly and efficiently solve a problem with payroll contributions that I've been trying to get fixed for a few weeks now. She was also polite and patient and made sure everything was correct before ending the chat. Thank you Krystal B!!

It's Always Something...!! I can only characterize my experiences with Ubiquity as frustratingly slow and tedious. It takes FOREVER to accomplish anything that requires assistance from a human at Ubiquity! Send an email to Support and here's their standard reply: We are experiencing an unusually high volume and will respond to your inquiry within seven to ten business days. Ubiquity, here's a hint: HIRE more people! Your customers, Small Businesses, don't generally have the luxury of telling their customers to wait 7-10 business days to respond to an email, or to complete a request for action. The only thing that Ubiquity is quick with is onboarding a new customer and collecting their fees (and it seems that everything has an additional fee on top of their quarterly pound of flesh). Since I don't have any experience with other companies who administer 401K retirement plans, I can't say that Ubiquity is better or worse, only that I would not choose them again.
