GBStolen or Lied to? I got a horrible offer and requested my ring back. Two weeks later still not back. Called and they gave a runaround answer then a week later supposedly sent it back but I never got it. Then they said the fedex driver stole it and there was an investigation where I had to fill out papers for it. Did that after reading every word on it and that was weeks ago. Still no ring. I put the insurance claim in with them and nothing yet but was told it could take months!!! I’m livid.

GBThis company does what is advertised This company does what is advertised! Free shipping materials delivered quickly with tracking. Offer sent to me and accepted. However after acceptance I found out that you can negotiate with them. They were fair and did give me more money for my items after I contacted them. Overall they do what they advertise.

GBWebsite is False information! Website shows diamond rates at one price and are completely false advertisement! The rates they are using are completely different then what they actually offer. Also shows featured, just appraised rings but when you send in your diamond ring that has been certified and a bigger diamond size, the appraised amount isn't even close!

GBSuper easy and safe process Super easy and safe process. (I would have liked a little more in value, however I did accept the offer). Communication on status, mailing, returns and payment is excellent. For jewelry that is just gathering dust in the drawer, it’s a very good option without even leaving your home.
