GBI had an awesome experience w/ this Gold… I had a great experience w/ this Gold buyer & their process. Prepaid envelope showed up priority mail very fast; I packaged up my belongings and mailed off w/ prepaid pouch; after a couple days I got a quote via email to accept or deny; I accepted and a check was mailed out promptly. AND all the stuff I wasn’t sure about was mailed back to me. You can’t lose; ur out nothing if u don’t accept the quote although I believe they are fair & offer above what other buyers will. Would recommend to family and friends!! A+ service

GBStolen or Lied to? I got a horrible offer and requested my ring back. Two weeks later still not back. Called and they gave a runaround answer then a week later supposedly sent it back but I never got it. Then they said the fedex driver stole it and there was an investigation where I had to fill out papers for it. Did that after reading every word on it and that was weeks ago. Still no ring. I put the insurance claim in with them and nothing yet but was told it could take months!!! I’m livid.

GBGive it a shot It was an easy experience to work with them, when I felt the offer was a little low I gave them where I thought it should’ve been close to and they help me try to meet it. Even with the payment from PayPal it was on hold and they’re helping me getting it straightened out. That was the only problem that they only use PayPal or they send you a check. Honestly, I would’ve given a 3 1/2 but they won’t let you do half stars, just because it dropped because where they use PayPal it takes away that 3% because you use that service better today society every dollar counts so that dropped it have a star
