GBThe experience with quicken loans has… The experience with quicken loans has been a disaster.. Communication is horrible and the numbers they give you first hand aren't even close.. I would say that this pandemic with covid 19 could be used as an excuse, but talking to friends and family that used quicken loans a couple of years ago went through the same things that I'm experiencing now.. I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone..

GBFalse Hope I received no help at all. I explained I lost my job during the pandemic, and this caused financial hardship for several months. I have been fortunate to start working again, but the pandemic drained my savings and put my credit in a bad place. Since I’ve returned to work my credit has started to turn around, but none of this was considered. I find this so called help a joke.

Instead they apparently just sold my name as a "lead" to some brokers who started calling me. They want you to believe they are going to give you some general rate information, but then sell your . Like any of us need more phone solicitations!
