GBFrustrating Having used BullionVault for years without a single issue trying OneGold has sadly proved frustrating. Transferred funds in and get an error stating balance not enough when trying to purchase. Logged a ticket and the issue remains open as does the problem. If I try to remove funds they want to charge an excessive fee. So the funds are held captive in the OneGold platform unable to purchase or alternatively pay an excessive transfer fee to remove. A very disappointing experience
