Awful service,waste of time Have you ever had the most rubbish customer care, try this company, zero stars, hang up on you, urgent transaction pending more than 24 hours and still no solution whatsoever, whatever this is it's just fraud, run away while you still can because when you have an issue with a transaction you will never get help

Failed transactions The rate is a little higher than competitors but there is a problem with the app. I consistently tried to nake transactions for the past two weeks, each time the transaction failed. My bank confirmed no problem at their end.Getting customer service is like a camel going through the eye of a needle.
