Great Job CC (CashCall) closed the loan within 40 days of receiving my call. The reps were very responsive and always took my call or called me back immediately. I have closed many real estate loans with varying types of lenders and have never had a better experience. Who'd go to Wells, Chase or any of the others when you have the CC option? Very nicely done and I thank you!

Changed amounts on loan docs and payoffs!! NOT OK Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.

Great service! Easy process! Wow. Jennifer Roman and Cashcall are amazing! We have never experienced nor heard of anyone experiencing such an easy and fast refi. We were approved and funded in less than two weeks! Jennifer and Aaron Vo were so great to work with, and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Cashcall and most especially, Jennifer Roman and staff!

Was a nightmare from start to finish Was a nightmare from start to finish! Delay after delay....had to submit the same information numerous times. Told us "we should close next week" for about 3 months, and only finalized after I made a formal complaint to the CA business oversight commission. Never again. As soon as I can re-finance with another company, will do, even if I have to pay a higher rate.

I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give … I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give 4 3/4 and everyone needs room for improvement!! Although not A lot of improvement needed here. Not only was everything handled properly it was quick and painless. Even tho I have perfect credit and income cash call helped me when my current mortgage company wouldn't. Great job!!
