Followed up with an email from rep and a wish list of documents required..not extensive at all, supplied more for a mortgage on home . Easy to understand funding and repayment terms. GBPoor expectation This is the second time I submitted a request and tye second time I didnt receivea phone call before or even remotely close to after the clock expires. Dont swt an expectation that you clearly cannot meet. Do yourself a favor and just get rid of the clock...transition to 24 hour contact or similar.
