Submitted an app 18 days ago and since that time they have lost my bank statements, photo ID and void cheque TWICE. I have called him twice to reminded him that it’s in his email, then he disappears again. Very very concerning. My boss called to speak with a supervisor today and he advised her there were no supervisors or anyone else to speak with. No supervisors? Very odd. This is one shady company. I would never ever ever let them handle my money.
