He made sure to explain every detail when we asked and kept us in the loop the entire way. Alain is great to talk to too so it made the process enjoyable. 10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline.
