New Company, Same Politics This company only accommodates the ex employees from the scam company Strategic Financial. From my experience there it seems only a handful of chosen sales reps are given leads and the rest are just place holders waiting for a chance to hopefully make some money. Management changes how the company operates almost daily. I worked countless hours without overtime pay or any benefits. They hired me at 54k/year after a week of working they cut my pay by almost 20k. I was never given a fair chance at success only that I should work even more hours below minimum wage even though new sales reps were coming in the door from Strategic Financial Solutions getting the best leads the company has to offer. Anyone looking at this place for employment do your homework first and ask the right questions. Know your worth, there are so many legit companies that really do care about their employees with competitive pay and benefits. Don’t settle for mediocrity, I don’t see this company having longevity due to the blatant mistreatment of hard working sales reps. I wouldn’t recommend this place for employment based on my experience . I see a lot of bad reviews in this company’s future if they don’t address it ASAP.
