Fraud bank. Stolen money. Horrible leadership. This week after 3 months of waiting, I finally received a check for funds leftover in my biz account. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to cash the check. Whomever cut the check on Nearside’s end did NOT move it to the “pay funds file”. Now I’m stuck with a check that I can’t do anything with. This place is hell. Hopefully Investors consider twice before giving ill equipped CEO, Thomson Nguyen 58M.

Very smooth very seamless, so smooth I question whether or not I was actually going to have my Company formed and receive my EIN number. But everything worked just as how they said.
