Devious Sales Practice I ordered some dog-itch supplement from an ad i saw on Instagram. I included a bottle of multi-vitamins. Unbeknownst to me, they put me on a subscription plan. So after receiving the next shipment, I went on their website and cancelled future deliveries and had my bank note a "do not pay" future charges on my credit card account. I was told this is now common practice so beware! Last time I buy anything through Instagram. The world seems to be full of scammers!

Hip and joint supplements, working miracles... I started my interest in pet joy products for my girlfriend's 14 year old Labrador. I ended up getting the hip and joint for him, the Balance probiotics for her 3 year old lab mix and the Thrive vitamins for all three dogs. The 14 year olds response to the hip and joint have been miraculous. I saw him go from needing help getting up to now getting up on his own and even jogging around outside. Additionally, he is 100% more alert. It's literally amazing. I'm sold, forever and I tell anyone who will listen about Pet joy and our experience.

Now 3 months-They don't ship! They don't ship. I'm still waiting on an order placed November of 2023. Whenever I call they say they'll look into it and they very sorry. That doesn't cut it. The product may be good but getting it isn't. I'm now looking into second party shippers before re-ordering any product they make.

Recommend Pro Digest I received a free bottle of the Pro Digest & a free bottle of the Advanced Daily Multivitamin Soft Chews I just had to pay $6.95 for shipping. The Pro Digest really helped my dog with his scratching and biting. I cancelled my order in time and then received an email stating they had shipped another order to me. I was able to contact them by phone & she verified that was a default email and no shipment is coming. I just had to wait awhile to speak to someone from the US and not a foreign country. I recommend this product.
