GBI bought 2 jumbo annuities thru these… I bought 2 jumbo annuities thru these guys…the lack of follow up and attention to details is appalling…whenever you call “operators are busy…leave a message”…i trued to find out the status of one of the actual annuity policies (policy issued 12/22) which i should have received already i was told “we’ll let you know when it gets here”…when i asked them to follow up directly with company vs just hoping for the best, pissed them off…nobody to file a complaint with at company…asked one operator about speaking to a manager about poor service “…I am a manager and director of this company…” What?? If you’re looking for at least “basic level of service and attention to details”…THIS IS NOT YOUR COMPANY…I can’t tell you if these guys are working out of some strip shopping center/warehouse…but they sure act like it
