GBI am brand-spanking new to the stock⦠I am brand-spanking new to the stock market. Didn't know the difference between a call and a put. GBCustomer service can't be beat Customer service can't be beat. There is a learning curve changing brokers. I am always able to get someone on the phone quickly and they have been able to answer my questions without escalating to another level. Courtesy emails are sent to keep you up to speed on procedures. I highly recommend ChoiceTrade

ITRight platform for planned order on options without confusing windows I'm an old age trader. Since I do not need screening, charts or others because I plan a trade before enter, I appreciate the simplicity of the platform. Also since I'm an alien, I appreciate they support international account and also ACH for aliens that have bank account in USA. The only flaw that I see is they ask a lot of equity to sell covered cash PUT. I do not understand why. I would use this strategy to enter in a long position at a mine strike price without limit orders and have cash that is not used.

GBExcellent Service from Ruben in customer service I think the only reason I'm giving such high marks is because of Ruben in customer service. We talked so often he recognized my voice and called me by name. I had no problem with there previous clearing house but Electronic Transaction Clearing Inc .was a pain! True I was trying to extract my money and close my account as I needed the money elsewhere but without Ruben's help I don't think I would have survived it. For the previous 10+years there service was more than Satisfactory. R.S.R
