Portal not working, very hard to access my info When I took out a loan from CF they were very nice and pretty good with the customer service. Recently though, perhaps the last 3 months, their customer portal has not worked for me and I can't access simple info about my loan. When I used their chat feature it was very hard to get the representative to give me the simplest info about my loan. And be aware, 28.5% annual interest is extremely high. more than half of my monthly payments have been going toward interest. I am not sure if there is new ownership but something is definitely not working over there right now.

This company possess the adequate… This company possess the adequate facilities to cater to the needs of people who subscribe to the platform. Although there is still room for improvement, they should do better in terms of customer relations so i wouldn't have to involve an intermediary like revoltseal dot tech in our future dealings. Even so, no one should have to deal with that.
