Have been going to cash time for a… Have been going to cash time for a number of years now and these guys have always helped me out when an emergency arises. With a low payment and friendly staff, I will continue to use cash time myself and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan that is quick to pay off.

The loan officer there was very… The loan officer there was very friendly and helpful. I will say that I am disappointed that you still have to fill out paper work (answering the exact same questions you did online); kind of defeats the purpose. Supposedly it helps move things along faster, but it was pretty much the same as just walking in, which was kind of irritating. But it was hard to stay upset when the Rep helping me was so friendly. The online function definitely needs to be improved. I mean if they are quick to call you WHILE you are still working on the online application, then why aren't they so quick to approve once you've submitted bank credentials and everything? Especially if they are expecting you to come in at a specific time.

Have borrowed from this company… Have borrowed from this company multiple times and it was always a postive experience. The rates are high like all title loan companys but not as high as others but if you are responsible with your loan and pay it back quickly its not to bad. But when you are in a pinch they are their to help and have came through for me every time. It also helps that their loan specialists are very professional and friendly and dont make you feel guilty about having to borrow money.

After filling out my forms and submitting documents I was contacted by Elizabeth and Jennifer who helped me in a professional and courteous manner. My loan was approved and funded by the next day. I have been a customer for a few years… I have been a customer for a few years and have tried different places. I have found that Cashtime works best for me because you are actually paying your loan down vs just paying the interest. The staff on 19th ave and Baseline were really helpful and I was in and out of there really fast. The only thing I don't really like is that they do not cash your check there anymore.
