Making Dreams Real I was browsing over one of my favorite online store merchandise,and there was what I had been looking for.A good price,but I didn't have the funds yet.I knew it probably wouldn't be there till then.So,I thought I would give Credova a try.It was simple and straight forward.Next thing I knew,I had bought my merchandise,and happy with it.

Where's your Customer Service ???????? What I dislike about your so called "customer service/help phone number" is that I have called twice to ask a question about my upcoming payments thru my Visa credit card as, Do you, Credova, debit my credit card for the amount you have listed in my contract on the date it is to be paid??? I left a message per the automated voice both times and still NO ONE CALLED ME !!! So where is your customer service you mention in your contract?????? Forgot to mention, I thought I was to pay a payment every month for 4 months, but the payment section shows my making a payment on May 1st then again on May 15 and then again on May29 and the last payment on June 12, 2024. Doesn't sound like 4 months to pay does it. I'm having to make a payment EVERY 2 WEEKS according to my payment schedule in my contract. But I couldn't reach their "Customer Service People" to ask about my payment schedule. They were TOO BUSY to even RETURN MY CALL !!!!!!
