Interaction with their team was always open, whether by email, phone, or the App. Most importantly, closing time was incredible (less than 15 days). One word for their staffs and their secured website: Excellent ! Jet Direct know what theyre doing and that is to be there for you, that was my whole experience. Jameila Parker was my representative, she was very attentive and supportive throughout the process, provided explanations where needed and helped explored the best loan type for me and my wife, this resulted in us getting the best interest rate and monthly payment we could afford. The Jet direct secured online portal for uploading documents is also very easy to understand and it keeps track of your progress until the finish line.
