Refinancing my Home I applied for refinance on my home. Greg Schroeder and Scott Drauher were awesome. They were very helpful and patient with me in all the processing. Very friendly and courteous. Alex Garcia did an excellent job… Alex Garcia did an excellent job explaining the loans available and negotiated on my behalf in order to get the monthly loan payments close to the payment that I wanted. He was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. It was nice not be be bombarded with phone calls by him. He gave me time to think everything through and make my decision. I was very satisfied with him and would recommend him and Loan Depot to friends and family.

I'm realy not sure what I expected I'm realy not sure what I expected. I was just looking for a broad estimate of what the loan rates would be and how much I could barrow. With in seconds of me hitting the enter button my phone it blew up with calls and it continued for several days. The lender I chose has been great to work with and we are almost ready to close. I will say the Rocket Mortgage was a little aggressive, not sure if I was talking to a computer, he would stop long enough for me to tell him we had already made a decision on a lender.
