What I found was excellent service and honesty on a product that I was leary of simply because it was new to me. I spent some time with them reviewing the product, its limitations and its advantages. They were always willing to spend the time with me and discuss how I could use the product, and if it was the right fit. I will say this product is not for everyone and has some drawbacks just like any other financial product but also has some definite benefits. The team was great honest and responsive to all questions. I think Homepace has a great future and would highly recommend them in the future.

HomePace was Great! When we first started to look at different options to help us utilize some of the equity in our home, we primarily explored home equity loans and HELOC offerings. This was a fantastic experience This was a fantastic experience. We initially qualified on line and an inspection of our property was set up. After a week or so, we received an offer which we could accept, modify or reject. We accepted the offer and had the funds after signing some documentation through an online notary process. Communication was always good and we were very pleased with the amount offered. This was a lifesaver for us given our financial situation.
