GBSetApartCF for startup audits and taxes In 2019, we needed an auditor to comply with SEC regulations for Regulation Crowdfunding (RegCF). I interviewed several firms. SetApartCF understood startups and RegCF while most of the others were more geared towards accounting or working with large, public companies.
