Jeff was very helpful in getting my IRA set up for me to transfer funds from retirement accounts with former employers. He was very accessible and thoroughly explained the process and my options for splitting between gold and silver-backed IRAs. I also regularly purchase silver through the online platform. I appreciate how easy it is to transfer funds into my account and complete the silver purchases. I like the option to store the silver or have delivered to my home - I have done both.
