The implementation at our company went… The implementation at our company went smoothly and the two loan offerings are great for our employees. However at the last minute of rolling this out to employees, we found out that two states were not able to participate due to state laws - this was not mentioned during implementation. One state has now opened but the other one is still not available. Wish this had been disclosed earlier in the process. Besides that glitch, the TrueConnect personnel are very friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, so the support provided is great. Overall a nice benefit to offer to our employees.

Overall I would say this company is ok Overall I would say this company is ok, the only glitch is, they don't try to work with to apply for a second loan, while paying on the first one. I found myself in that situation, because I didn't realized that I needed more than what I applied for and I kept getting denied. I even try reaching out to them to let them know that I had an emergency and needed more funds, and still haven't heard back from anyone.

The process was easy The process was easy, fast and convenient to use when a situation presented itself that required me to need financial help right away. Tje funds were available to me faster than expected, so I am thankful for the option of using this resource. Plus its helping build credit! A win win for me!
