Lack of transparency, professionalism and integrity I had been doing business with this company for a while, and recently opened a CD account then Raisin made all the records disappeared, when I called to ask what had happened, they basically put the blame on me and asked me if I had taken any screenshots of the aforementioned account. I'm really disappointed for their lack of transparency, professionalism and integrity.

Easy to do business with! I was very leery about putting/investing money into an online banking institution... mainly because of a bad experience in the past where that online bank gladly took a large chunk of $$$, but only was willing to give back a max of $25000, and it had to be seven days before another portion could be removed. With Raisen, I can move money around freely with no hassles!!! Also, Raisen is very competitive with their interest rate (even against CD's). I would highly recommend Raisen!

For me, Raisin did exactly what it said it would do It's human nature. People are more likely to write a negative review when things go wrong, and less likely to write a positive review when everything goes right. In my experience, Raisin has done exactly what it said it would do. Raisin is a platform that connects banks with customers - and the banks offer higher interest rates than brick and mortar banks. I have made and withdrawn funds from my high interest savings account and opened several CD's, all without issues. Local banks offer checking accounts and instant access to your savings account - Raisin does not pretend to compete with that. What Raisin does, it seems to do very well.
