Brian followed up with us to the detail the whole way through our new build timeline (9months!), proactively gave us heads up info, answered all of our questions and concerns, and worked with us through the finish line - not to mention very quick funding, said the Title Company - while making our experience totally enjoyable and personable! We cannot say this about other lenders we’ve worked with!! :)

Cardinal saved the day Grant is the best. We had a bad experience with our original lender and switched to Grant/Cardinal last minute on a recommendation, luckily for us. We were first time home buyers in a really tough spot time-wise, and him and his team are the reason we didn’t lose our home due to delays. He made time for us immediately, his communication was on point, he put in a lot of extra effort to make up for our previous lender’s lost time, and we feel like he put us in the best position possible as new borrowers. Couldn’t be happier with him and his team, would absolutely recommend and use him in the future.

Their professional guidance and explaining the optionality along the way were critical to my decision points. They did what they said what they would do and they did it in a very clean and concise communicative manner that provided me peace of mind throughout the entire project. Their organization and tooling allowed for an efficient process and one that was visually trackable in real time. We contracted and closed in less than 30 days. The process with Cardinal financial was so easy. She worked so well with our Realtor which made buying my first home on my own a wonderful experience!!! I would highly recommend her and her team!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, as we have learned the hard way… closing date after closing date after closing date…. As lock rate fees climb climb climb. Poor communication…. At its worse. We were told our appraisal fee was refundable, yet now we have made NUMEROUS attempts by phone and email with NO REPLY! Poor poor service and total lack of communication. Beware this lender!
