She calls and follows up like she says , she keeps me informed with email and always me aware when she will be away for something. She deserves more than 5stars she should get a 10 hand down .. if everyone I talk to where as nice and polite and professional as she has been , it would be awesome. Baba was very helpful and curteos and… Baba was very helpful and curteos and just helped me navigate the system really well! The only thing I didn't like was call back not from him but in general! When I pushed 1 for a call back from anyone, I didn't get it! Overall rating was good!

Spoke with a vanessa Spoke with a vanessa, who said that she would send an email for two lenders who would approve me a loan. All it was, another application which led me to a credit repair company. Nothing about the loan at all. Very dissatisfied! Called back and automated service offers to send you another email. Not sure if this company is on the up and up. Received call from James apologizing, but nothing still done to rectify situation, do not use this site, It is fake and will only LOWER YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!

Great customer service!!! I have communicated with James who has been extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service!! I unfortunately have sucky credit therefore I haven’t been able to find a loan as of yet but James has been great with helping me find other solutions! Thank you for all your help James you rock!
