Every step of the way someone was supporting us and if they couldn’t help, they found someone who could. Our experience with Landed was one that we valued during the process, and in hindsight, now as homeowners, we are grateful for Landed's support system.

The fact that Landed is able to… The fact that Landed is able to contribute up to 15% of the purchase price removes such a big barrier to buying a home. And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too. Landed is the best program around for… Landed is the best program around for those of us who want to get into the housing market, but can't do it on our own. Unfortunately with the current inflation situation, we needed to pause our house hunting. I look forward to re-connecting with Landed when the market gets stable again. I strongly recommend this program. I would have given five stars had we been able to make a purchase.
