I have been with BridgeWell Capital for… I have been with BridgeWell Capital for almost two years. I recently called in to inquire about my account and received very poor customer service. I was disrespected beyond belief and accused of not honoring my loan agreement. I have never been late on a payment nor done anything to default on the agreement. The representative was accusatory and argumentative. I informed him that I would not be degraded with lies and false accusations. I requested to speak to his supervisor, he informed me that no one was available and would not be available to talk with me. BridgeWell has acted in a very unprofessional manner resulting in my withdrawal as a client along with those I know in the business and beyond.
