I love Tellus! I've been using Tellus for 4-5 months now, and I think it's great. Their Boost account's guaranteed 6+% daily compounded interest and the Reserve account's 8% rate beats most or all savings and CD accounts hands down. CD'S may have penalties for early withdrawals, and most savings accounts have fees for multiple withdrawals, but Tellus has no penalties or fees, and withdrawals are quick and easy. Just link your regular bank checking or savings account to Tellus and you're all set. I live in a county that has the highest property taxes in the country, and it's crucial for me to put money away monthly for semi-annual tax payments. Rather than leaving a growing pile of money in a traditional bank at .01 (1/100th) percent interest (truth), I can pick up enough extra dough from Tellus to pay my taxes and take my wife out for a nice dinner, and then start saving for the next six months. As for the one concern that your money is not FDIC insured, keep in mind that if you have stocks or mutual funds, none of that is insured either. So based on that presumption, like stocks, don't put away more than you can afford to lose. I LOVE TELLUS!!!

It’s foolish to have cash sit and lose value in a traditional bank I’ve been using Tellus for about 3 months now and have discovered that it is by far the best place to keep cash where it will actually work for you. If you go on the app everyday and claim the daily boost you are every single day making over 3.0% DAILY compounded interest. Your local bank gives you .02-.03 tenths of a % interest and other online backs will only go as high as maybe .06 tenths of a %. When you consider todays inflation rate and the instability of the dollars value you’re actually losing money keeping money in traditional bank savings and even bank CD accounts! This is a great investment platform for cash abs during the week I’ve always gotten online assistance within hours of asking a question!

Honestly makes my life so much easier.

Absolutely love Tellus for earning… Absolutely love Tellus for earning interest on my money. They have very good digital customer service that has been good about responding to my needs. They do update the app a lot, but that is a sign they’re constantly improving and I love being able to earn boosts on my money just by signing in daily. I hope they have more people sign up because I believe they could expand their services even more.
