She is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's not your typical CS Agent, she goes above and beyond to "understand"your situation and find a resolution that works. GBVery disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

GBYay PowerPay! We've been using PowerPay financing for our company for about 2 years. The software is "Easy" to navigate for us and for our customers. With their affordable payment plans, we've been able to close a lot more deals. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist. If you have a question that customer service doesn't have an answer to, they readily get you in contact with someone who does. They are definitely a "Five Star Company"! Would highly recommend them!
