I like Urban Street because they have… I like Urban Street because they have the deep pockets to buy any and all deals that makes sense. They close on time because they have the money in hand. By closing in a timely manner, they made me look good to my clients. They do not wholesale properties to other people, they are a REAL BUYER who only buy for their own account.
