This was my first time using signet… This was my first time using signet london, and it certainly wont me my last time. I was nervous/sceptical at first, sending my bank card off to a company I'd only ever heard of from instagram adverts. But I was very pleasantly surprised. I made my design on the Tuesday I beleive, sent my card off and got the completed product yesterday. Very impressed with the speed and quality of final product.

Professional Personalised Experience The whole process went really smoothly and they were quick to response and making adjustments. The card came perfectly just the way I saw on their social media page and I absolutely love it. I think the only improvement will just be the price transparency as I think that's the main consideration for many, it's quite difficult to navigate and find the cost of these card on the page, but otherwise I'm absolutely fine with the product and service.

Metal Card First of all what wonderful and personal experience. The guidance and contact person given to us is a wonderful concept. It’s like having a personal shopper . Kudos to the staff and organization for a job well done .

All hype, very little substance. They have a fancy website which has lots of bold claims and hype. However, the reality of the service is much different. When you place your order they send you a QR code and tell you to put your card in an envelope and take it to the Post Office. If you don't have a way of freezing your card then it should go into RFID blocking packaging. The package gets addressed to Signet London at a Mailboxes Etc mailbox in Bristol. There is nothing secure about that. The fancy manufacturing facility they hype is a dingy basement apartment. A guy with a carrier bag unloads the Mailboxes Etc box and takes your card there. He bends your plastic card, prys the chip off it, and sticks it to your metal card. He puts it in a black postage box - not RFID blocking - and posts it from the local village Post Office. Nothing secure about that. At any point in the process your card RFID could be captured or the physical card scanned, taken a picture of, or details simply written down. Nothing secure about that. The biggest kicker is deep in the FAQs it says the contactless on your card may not work anymore. Mine doesn't. And the thickness of it means it doesn't fit into a lot of card machines, making it utterly useless. Looks cool, I suppose.
