Avoid Renofi - Nightmare! Avoid Renofi for your HELOC or home renovation financing needs. They caused significant delays, lacked professionalism, and made us start from scratch multiple times. Their employees gave vague answers and were unresponsive when needed, and we ultimately received a flat-out rejection with no time or options. Our experience was a complete nightmare and a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for financing.

Would highly recommend. Working with Marc Karlin and Jessica Smith from RenoFi was probably the easiest process I have ever experienced. I provided everything that was needed and in return I received my loan within 2 weeks. Marc was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to any one who needs a home renovation loan.
