Also couldn’t track my shipment without creating an account which was kind of a of pain in the butt. Also, when I ordered the George Noory kit I thought one of the coins was going to be an alien rather than a dragon

Got the Silverbacks I was looking for! Easy to find the Silverbacks I was looking for and BullionMax had them in stock at a decent price. Easy to order and shipping was reasonable. Ordered 1/21 and received them on 2/1 about 12 days. I have already ordered again from BullionMax and will continue to do so in the future.

Mix up with shipping!!!! As far as Bullion Max is concerned everything went fine. My problem was with shipping, all other orders were delivered by the post office, for some reason this order was UPS, well UPS won't deliver with a PO Box address, so I had to drive 60 miles to go pick up my order. Maybe it was Bullion Max's fault, why this got shipped out differently, I don't know. After this I put physical address on order!

I ordered online and did a wire… I ordered online and did a wire transfer. It took 4 days for them to even recognize my payment after it left my bank. I did finally receive my order exactly as placed. I just called with a product question and was given scripted answers with no flexibility. I only buy about $2000 a month in PM so I am not a power buyer. I am searching for a smaller bullion company with better service.
