Promises and results are 2 completely different things to them. Add in the runaround and delay after delay after delay. It's no wonder they ask people to remove negative posts of their experiences. They continue to email and call to this day, several years later. Some emails don't have unsubscribe options, not that they'd respect them anyway. I've been pretty clear when they've called.
