Since I started using the Extra card… Since I started using the Extra card I’ve seen a lot of good results. My credit score has gone up amazingly since the moment I made my request three years ago. Customer service is really caring about anything you need; their response is always fast.

Good Experience with Extra so far I've had Extra for 2 years and it has been a good experience so far for me. I definitely think that it has helped with improving my credit score (only with Equifax since TransUnion doesn't count it) which I'm happy with! I like that I gain points with purchases so that I can get products from their store. However, I do wish they did more frequent giveaways and had more store products.

I'm so excited to be using EXTRA I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic. Keep up the good work.
