GBkinda horrible When i initially sent in an application, i was told i was pre-approved and all i had to do was go inside to fill out the paperwork and pick a car. I was told this twice! I got there and at first I was pretty excited because I have been car searching for a month and kept getting denied because of my credit score. I was also told potentially no money down, just depended on the car. The first person who helped me was very polite and so nice! But the salesman or whatever he was...was condescending and not at all helpful! He ran my credit again and then said I needed to put down $7000- didn't ask what kind of car or anything- just immediately went into money. Then he said that credit yes is NOT a dealership but a credit repair company, so I felt very lied to. Then he kept bringing up how much money he made and all this stuff that had nothing to do with why i was there. I firmly believe all he did was run my credit, because he was not in the back for very long and when he was out in the front he was either outside on his phone or talking to other people. I left there very disappointed and on the verge of tears because I felt like i was not helped in any way and was very upset about the way i was treated. He also told me i was pre-approved but I wasn't listening to the numbers being provided and all he did was provide just that one number- it was all around a horrible experience

GBI love the effort of waiting on me I love the effort of waiting on me. As well as the efforts to work with people who credit who credit is far from perfect. I didn't like the fact after all the paperwork and process, They couldn't even contact you back to inform of application approval or denied.

GBGreat Service Jessica was great! She made the experience seamless! Every one I spoke to were professional and helpful. My only complaints are the car had mats in the picture and now they can't locate them along with the extra key.
