Great Course I have completed my first traded deal with the brilliant help and support from David France and his team, and have made £2000 fee. The course guides me step by step to build a property business and David is always available to make sure I am going in the right direction. He got a vast experience and connection that can help his mentees in every aspect of the property business. I have learned different strategies and I am very ready to build my own portfolio.

Securing my first lease option I have been on David France’s Portfoliomillionaire training programme now for the last 8 months setting up my deal sourcing business. I have been learning all the different strategies to acquire properties for as little money down as possible for the best return on investment. Whilst setting up my sourcing business I am still working my 9-5 job, so progress has not been as fast as I’d hoped but I’m delighted to say I have just recently completed on my first 4 bed HMO deal on a lease option agreement. I don’t currently have a list of investors to sell my deals onto yet so Dave kindly allows all his students to sell them to his large database of buyers which I achieved a 2k fee for this deal. Dave and Mike who is also a trainer within the Portfoliomillionaire programme are both fantastic mentors who have years of experience in property and without their help and step by step training material I’m pretty sure I would not of been able to secure this deal. I have learnt a hell of a lot so far on my property journey and I know there is still a lot for me to learn about this business but I’m sure I will get a lot more deals under my belt this year.

David and the team are great David and the team are great, decades of experience in property and very passionate. I am only a few months in and done 2 deals one has made me £8k profit and the other I have decided to keep it for my portfolio which makes me £289 net profit per month and I have £22,000 in equity from day one, I plan to recycle my deposit as they show in the training meaning I will never run out of money. The plan works! I was anxious about making the investment and starting a business, but David has been supportive at every step. When we first met, he told me he has spent a long time developing what is a now a tried and tested formula, and if you follow the steps and ask for help when you need it, you’ll get results. The result speak for themselves, I didn’t have much free time to start with, or additional finances, so David helped me work around what I COULD do… well my first deal as a property sourcing agent has just completed, and I have more in the pipeline.
