Securing my first lease option I have been on David France’s Portfoliomillionaire training programme now for the last 8 months setting up my deal sourcing business. I have been learning all the different strategies to acquire properties for as little money down as possible for the best return on investment. Whilst setting up my sourcing business I am still working my 9-5 job, so progress has not been as fast as I’d hoped but I’m delighted to say I have just recently completed on my first 4 bed HMO deal on a lease option agreement.
