Amazing class!! I had an class with Evan for investing in real estate for busy people working 9-5 jobs in four weeks and it was amazing. It's much more than just a normal class. He shared everything single small thing from his own experience so we won't step in the wrong path again, which is what I need to prepare for in my life. I got all answers for my questions clearly, for example should I pay off a house with cash or do loans, should we get a property manager or manage it by my self, should I build ADU or buy duplex or triplex. His class taught me more than enough to buy and invest in real estate. Thank you Evan once again.
