GBExcellent Customer Service Makes All The Difference We recently purchased a house that was FSBO and West Lane not only helped up secure a mortgage with a very competitive interest rate, but was there to answer questions and help us with tasks typically reserved for an experienced real estate agent. I'm hoping this will be our final home purchase but if not I will not hesitate to call West Lane first next time.
